My name is Ian Harrold I established my first company , Traditions Barber Shop, in 1996 when I was just 21 through a grant from The Princes Trust, which was founded by HRH The Prince of Wales.

In 2003 I diversified further into men’s grooming and opened an appointment based men’s salon called Attitude (www.attitudemenshair.co.uk) which offers a wide range of services specifically tailored to the needs of the modern man.

I also competed around the UK and internationally as part of the British Men’s Technical Team for the NHBF.

In 2003 I became an Educator for American Crew and became part of the global Allstar Education Team in 2004.

I have also taught the Menswork Method in Europe and America and in 2008 won the American Crew All Star Educator of the Year award.
